The association will be made by MAS Real Estate, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands and Prime Kapital Limited, a business in the field of real estate founded by Martin Slabbert and Victor Semionov, according to information published on the MAS’s website.

Through this joint venture, MAS will also focus in CEE, as by present the fund’s activity was mainly focused on investments in western Europe (Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland), according to the same source.

Martin Slabbert founded eight years ago the investments fund NEPI, from which leadership he resigned last summer. He said during an interview for ZF that he was intending to launch together with his partner Victor Semionov a new investments fund type company, active exclusively in the real estate industry.  (Source: zf.ro)
