The building comprises 12 floors, spans on a gross leasable area of 18,000 sqm and is fully leased by companies such as: Ness Software Engineering Services, Autoliv Romania, PwC România, and Bitdefender.

The second office building will comprise 12 floors and a gross leasable area of 13,000 sqm, currently pending construction in Timisoara. For this building, the IULIUS Company signed a partnership with Atos, the international IT services provider, for the lease of a 6,000 sqm area.
UBC 2 will earn its LEED certification, being fitted with state of the art, energy efficient systems, installations and equipment that were specially selected to ensure compliance with the green building standards. The buildings will also benefit from the implementation of sustainable operation policies geared towards improving the cost effectiveness of utilities and enhancing the tenants’ comfort. Also for the purpose of saving resources and optimizing their operation, the office buildings will benefit from the most advanced German technology in the field of smart building management developed by the Bosch Company.
