Demand for the office space market is 220,000 square meters in the first nine months of 2018

The rental demands on Bucharest office space in the first nine months of 2018 amounted to 220,000 sqm and 76 per cent of the premises traded this year are in Class A office buildings, according to a CBRE study.

Companies rented 73,500 sqm of offices in Bucharest during the third quarter

The office market in Bucharest registered a total volume of 75,300 sqm of rental transactions in the third quarter of 2018, of which the new request was 20,400 sqm. According to Colliers International real estate consultancy, the request came largely from the professional services and IT & C segments.

Office pre-leases doubled in S1 2018, compared to the semester average of 2017
