Sema Park is the largest urban reconversion project in Bucharest, thought to be a mix of functions, bringing together the office and retail segment. SEMA PARC industrial park is located in the western part of the capital, in the 6th district, on 319 Splaiul Independentei, less than 10 minutes drive from the city center and offers Class B office space for rent between 150 and 680 sqm.
