Genesis Property, one of the leading office building owners in Romania, has obtained the highest level of BREEAM International In-Use certification, Outstanding, for Building F in the innovative YUNITY Park business campus, which hosts renowned companies such as HP Enterprise, HP Inc., Garanti BBVA, DXC Technology, Luxoft, and Yokogawa.
Sports HUB, a non-governmental association specializing in the development of programs and events dedicated to sport and education, is establishing its headquarters in YUNITY Park, the office campus owned by Genesis Property, one of the most prominent office building owners in Romania. Sports HUB, the initiator of the GO Scholarship program, will occupy 770 square meters in building G of YUNITY Park, where a new innovation center will be inaugurated following a total investment of over 50 million euros in the campus.

Infineon Technologies Romania, semiconductor developer and manufacturer, “signed for seven more years unbreakable with Novo Park, thus reaching a record lease contract that totalizes 19 years”, according to a press release from Novo Park.
Swiss IT services provider Luxoft extended its Romanian headquarters, located in Novo Park office complex in Bucharest, by leasing an additional floor in the building, according to Genesis Development, Novo Park’s owner.
The office parks West Gate and Novo Park, developed by the company Genesis Development, reached 94% and respectively 99% occupancy rates, following the signing of new rentals for a total area of 5,000 sq. m of two existing tenants, Société Générale and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions
Genesis Development, the company controlled by the businessman Liviu Tudor, has invested this year EUR 800,000 in Novo Park office park in Northern Bucharest.
HP has extended with 10 years its lease for 26,000 sq. m office spaces in Novo Park complex, developed by the businessman Liviu Tudor in Pipera, a transaction representing a market premiere as these kind of deals are usually signed for 5-7 years.
The group Garanti Romania has extended with five years its lease for the headquarters within the business park Novo Park, developed by Genesis Development in Pipera area in Bucharest.
