GO Scholarship is a program dedicated to sports and educational performance, bringing together some of the best specialists in Romanian sports with the goal of launching future Romanian Olympic athletes. This partnership is part of Genesis Property's strategy to support and develop the younger generation through targeted initiatives that promote collaboration, face-to-face interaction, and work-life balance.

“Hospitality for global talents, the Genesis Property’s motto, perfectly reflects the kind of partnership we want to build with our tenants. The Sports HUB association aligns harmoniously with our long-term vision and innovative YUNITY concept. Sport is an essential sector of society, and we are enthusiastic about supporting the association's efforts for sports performance and continuing to make our own contribution in this area”, said Liviu Tudor, President, Genesis Property.

Sports HUB, the initiator of the GO Scholarship program, is composed of professionals from the sports industry who leverage their experience to develop programs and events dedicated to sports and education. Sports HUB collaborates with renowned Romanian athletes, including handball player Cristina Neagu, fencer Ana Maria Brânză, soccer player Radu Drăgușin and canoeist Cătălin Chirilă.

„GO Scholarship is a project that originated from the idea of giving the best to young athletes as a complement to their sports and educational training. We have sought out and brought together some of the best specialists, from several key areas, to support Romania's most talented youngsters in achieving outstanding results. And our future home in YUNITY Park will support us in achieving our long-term goals”, said Virgil Stănescu, President, Sports HUB.

In late July, at an event held in the YUNITY Park amphitheater, the GO Scholarship program announced the selection of a new group of 75 talented athletes. Of those, 39 of the athletes are starters and 36 are part of the expanded squad. The three-month selection process evaluated a total of 94 athletes. The 75 athletes come from 16 sports disciplines: athletics, basketball, cycling, football, aerobic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, handball, jiu-jitsu, judo, karate, water polo, fencing, field tennis, triathlon and volleyball.

The YUNITY Park project is a concept that redefines people's office experience. In a public space where over 220 trees have been planted and integrated into an urban forest, employees work outdoors on campus benches with access to 125 power outlets, and relax, connect, or exercise on the 2-kilometer-long pedestrian-only walkways. Moreover, sports, social and cultural events are frequently organized in the 1,500-capacity outdoor amphitheater. All these destinations and facilities are part of Phase II of the YUNITY Park project completed last year with an investment of €20 million.

The project has now entered the final stage of development and will be completed with the opening of the Innovation Center in Building G of YUNITY Park. Genesis Property recently announced the transition to full renewable energy for all buildings in its portfolio, including YUNITY Park.
