The complex has a total leasable area of 82,000 sqm, and consists of four A class buildings. The first phase will comprise approx. 22,000 sqm, with eleven stories above ground and two levels of underground parking.

The new office project will feature a number of sustainable solutions to minimize the building’s environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs.
The project will apply for LEED certification at Gold level.
Campus 6.2, the second phase of the Campus 6 project developed by Skanska in the Iuliu Maniu area, achieves the WELL Core & Shell certification at a Gold level. The project thus becomes the second office building in Romania to hold all three prestigious WELL C&S Gold, LEED Platinum, and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications, after Campus 6.3 has obtained the same certification at the end of last year.
Skanska, the largest developer of office buildings in Europe, inaugurates the first rooftop runway in Romania. The runway is 280 meters long and it’s located on the roof of the Campus 6.2 and 6.3 buildings in Bucharest.
