With 12 aboveground floors and 240 underground and aboveground parking places for the first phase, Equilibrium brings a new concept to the Romanian office development scene. The forth year of the survey was conducted in the Equilibrium 1 building in May 2024, with a response rate of 70%. According to the survey, most respondents (91%) particularly appreciated the services and facilities in the building, such as the HoReCa (food & coffee), bike repair station, changing rooms and showers.

Eximprod, the group of companies that provides a comprehensive portfolio of equipment, solutions, and services in the energy sector, is relocating its office from Bucharest to the Equilibrium 2 building, part of the Equilibrium complex developed by Skanska in the Northern area of the Capital.
The international WiredScore certification will confirm that Equilibrium2 is a space full-ready equipped in terms of internet, telephone, and communication network connectivity to welcome future tenants.
This year’s survey, in its third edition, recorded a response rate of 76% and reveals how much residents appreciate their office experience. The findings are a confirmation that the actions and initiatives carried out by the Skanska team together with the Property and Facility Management team in Equilibrium have achieved their goals. The study was conducted in March 2023 among the tenants of the first building in the Equilibrium complex.

Equilibrium 2, the second phase of the Equilibrium project developed by Skanska in the Barbu Văcărescu - Floreasca area, obtains the preliminary Net Zero Carbon Buildings certification, granted by the Romania Green Building Council. Thus, Equilibrium 2 becomes the first office building in Romania to obtain the new certification.
Equilibrium 1, the first phase of the Equilibrium project developed by Skanska in the Barbu Văcărescu - Floreasca area, has a new tenant. Elegance Decor, a leader in the home & deco market, inaugurated its new offices in the building, with an area of 400 square meters, at the beginning of May.
Skanska's office development division in Romania obtains a new WELL Health & Safety Rating certification, this time accorded for its own office located in the Equilibrium 1 building. The dynamics of Skanska’s office space and the active involvement of employees in maintaining the WELL culture are just as equally important as the solutions and strategies implemented within the building.
