Telekom Romania takes out for sale real estate assets

A real estate portfolio consisting of three assets- Palatul Telefoanelor, the Tandem building and a land plot in Matei Millo, were taken out for sale by telecom operator Telekom Romania Communications, with a starting price of EUR 21.6 million.

The revenues of Immofinanz, influenced by the departure of the tenants from the office buildings

Austrian group Immofinanz obtained in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2014/2015, from 1st of May to 31st of July, decreased revenues down to EUR 11.6 million from the renting of the 16 assets in Romania, as a result of the departure of the tenants from the office buildings in Bucharest, according to the financial report.

Real estate transactions number 5 pct. up in first seven months

The number of real estate transactions has increased with 5 pct. in the first seven months, up to approx. 400,000 compared to 381,393 in the similar period of last year, most of the assets being transacted in Bucharest and Ilfov according to data from ANCPI.
