It’s already begun construction on Nowy Świat 2.0, a new 4,100 sqm office building whose completion date is set for the third quarter of 2015.

 “We’re already in talks with the various companies from Poland’s financial and banking sector,” said Anna Wolańska-Witczak, CEO of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat S.A.

The other half of the project involves the renovation and modernization of Banking and Financial Centre (Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe), a 60-year old building whose reconstruction should begin in earnest in the fourth quarter of 2014.

„So far, we’ve revitalized some part of the four and the fifth floors. Our goal is to provide an A class office space through the investment,” says Anna Wolańska-Witczak. (source: cijjournal.com)
