ONRC: Number of insolvent companies nine months into 2015, down 54.6pct

The number of commercial companies that filed for insolvency in the first nine months of this year was 7,575, down 54.62pct year on year, according to the data released on Friday by the National Trade Register Office (ONRC).

Over 230,000 sqm of industrial space leased in Romania in first 9 months

Over 230,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space was leased in Romania in the first nine months of 2015, almost half of which was leased in capital Bucharest and the western city of Timisoara, according to data from real estate services firm JLL. Retail, car parts manufacturers and logistics operators were the most active players, said JLL representatives.
