Romanian Ministry of Energy is looking for renting a building in Bucharest from April 1st, on a nine months period, with an area of 1,225 sq. m. The space is intended for the institution within the Ministry which is responsible with the implementation and monitoring EU funds projects in the field. The rent to be pay for the office could go up to EUR 24,000 per month, VAT included.

Software company Misys, first tenant of Orhideea Towers in Bucharest, project developed by CA Immo
