AFI Europe signs record EUR 220 mln refinancing loan for Bucharest mall

Real estate developer AFI Europe has signed a EUR 220 million refinancing loan agreement with Deutsche Pfanbriefbank, Erste Group Bank and Raiffeisen Bank for the AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping mall in Bucharest, its flagship project in Romania, the company announced today. The mall was valued at EUR 375 million in September last year, according to AFI Europe data.

AFI Palace Cotroceni revenue up 6.7 percent, to EUR 7.3 mln

Shopping mall AFI Palace Cotroceni reported a net revenue increase of 6.7 percent in Q1 2014, up to EUR 7.3 million. The owners estimate that they will reach a figure of EUR 29 million at the end of the year, similar to their results last year.

AFI started the construction of buildings 4 and 5 within AFI Park office project, EUR 50 million investment

Real estate developer AFI Europe, controlled by the Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev, started few weeks ago the works at the buildings four and five of the office project AFI Park, built in the vicinity of the commercial centre AFI Palace Cotroceni in Bucharest, buildings involving an investment f approx. EUR 50 million, according to ZF estimations.

AFI Palace Cotroceni gets EUR 220 mln refinancing

Deutsche Pfandriefbank, Raiffeisen Bank International, Raiffeisen Bank Romania and Erste Group Bank AG will lend EUR220 million to help refinance debt obligations of AFI Europe’s shopping mall AFI Palace Cotroceni in Bucharest valued at about EUR 375 million, according to zf.ro.
