The Globalworth Campus project includes three buildings, the first being the one in which Amazon has rented five floors with a total area of over 13,000 sqm. The total area of the buildings is 88,000 sqm.

Globalworth is one of the largest investors in office buildings on the Romanian market, its current ongoing projects inlcuding the developemnt of the new Groupe Renault headquarters in the Precision area.

The new center will create 650 new jobs, mainly in technology. The e-commerce giant already has 1,000 employees in Romania and has invested over 100 million euros in the last 13 years.

The Bucharest office is located in the northern part of the city and includes a new engineering and technological development center, including testing and developing language solutions for Alexa.
The Romanian team will work closely with the teams in Dresden, Germany and Seattle, USA to develop the cloud around the world.
Amazon has research and development centers in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom. In the region, the most important presence of the Amazon is in Poland where there are almost 10,000 employees and five logistics centers. (source: hotnwes.ro)
