Companies rented 73,500 sqm of offices in Bucharest during the third quarter

The office market in Bucharest registered a total volume of 75,300 sqm of rental transactions in the third quarter of 2018, of which the new request was 20,400 sqm. According to Colliers International real estate consultancy, the request came largely from the professional services and IT & C segments.

Deloitte Romania signs contract to move its offices to The Mark office building

Real estate investments in Romania decreased in the first nine months of this year by 13% compared to the similar period in 2017, to 520 million euros, but the estimates indicate a volume of 800-900 million euro up to 31 December 2018, accordin to JLL.
