Located at the junction between Buzesti and Calea Grivitei streets, The Mark is a class A project, with two office buildings that will be endowed with state-of-the-art equipment meant to create a space easy to use, sustainable and energetically efficient.
“This marks a new stage in Deloitte Romania’s development, which has grown in its 26 years of presence on the local market to become a leading consultancy and one of the most desired employers. Our future offices will provide the proper space for further nurturing talent in our organization, by creating a broad, pleasant and multifunctional work environment that facilitates both collaboration and relaxation, as well as for engaging with our clients, through its central and easily accessible location,” said Alexandru Reff, Country Managing Partner, Deloitte Romania.
The Mark will have a smart facade that allows for natural light, as well as illumination and temperature control. The building will be easily accessible by public transportation and by car and will have spaces dedicated for bikes and electric cars charging stations.
The Mark office building owner is the Austrian real estate company S IMMO AG and the lease contract was intermediated by Knight Frank Romania.
“With all our projects we aim for high quality, state-of-the-art technology and sustainability. But most of all we aim for client satisfaction. We feel confident that The Mark adds value to Bucharest’s new central business area and that it will be a pleasant and efficient home for Deloitte,” said Daniela Badulescu, Country Manager, S IMMO Romania.
“We are honored to have advised our partner, Deloitte, in this long process and I am absolutely confident that our client’s complex real estate needs will be best answered by the quality, services and the location of their new office. This transaction comes as part of an effervescent activity on the Bucharest office market which brings a total take-up of over 200,000 sq m (Q1-Q3 2018) of class A & B buildings,” said Horatiu Florescu, Chairman & CEO, Knight Frank Romania.
