Connect 44, a telecommunication engineering company, and Best Chef, the catering service brand for the Bucharest office segment, leased a total area of approximately 2,300 sqm within the first AFI Tech Park office building in Bucharest, a new project by Israeli developer AFI Europe.
Real estate developers have announced for the year 2019 projects for office buildings totaling approximately 380,000 sqm and for 2020 about 242,000 sqm, given that this year the deliveries of such spaces will increase by 55% compared to last year, according to a analyzes conducted by ESOP Consulting l CORFAC International.

For the first time during an awards event, young employees under 30 will have the opportunity to nominate and vote projects, companies and people they think are valuable to the Romania society. They will do so for the Young Generation’s Award for Contribution to Romanian Society.

PPF Real Estate Holding, controlled by Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, is in negotiation for the purchase of the Crystal Tower office building, according to sources o the market, in a deal valued at about 40 million euros.
Romcarbon Buzau signed a EUR 2.4 million contract for the EUR 7.3 million transaction announced in the spring, selling to Office & Logistics, part of the Flux real estate group, a plot of land with an area exceeding 7 hectares.
