The project is 53.95% pre-leased, with the investment amounting to 27.5 million Euros, fully covered by its own resources. The developer believes there is a huge demand for office space at the moment, and Vox Technology Park project will be available the fastest, that is this year, unlike other office projects in Timisoara that are in progress and will be available in the coming years.

 Under these circumstances, the Werk Property Group shareholder says he can select his clients and get good rentals if he offers quality.
"When you deliver quality, the rest comes by itself. It is clear that we are making some calculations, but that is not the purpose in itself", Tornoreanu said. Future tenants come from IT & C.

 Vox Technology Park project will have many facilities such as commercial and service spaces, several conference rooms, a restaurant, a café and a top-floor suspended terrace, a fitness room, a generous parking lot, which will also include parking lots with stations for loading electric cars, bicycle parking and showers for employees.

Werk Property Group admits that there is also the possibility of selling the office project.
 "We have discussions about taking over the project. We also have a price for 85% of  project rented", Tornoreanu said.
