The design contract was signed for 1.41 million lei without VAT.
Concrete & Design Solutions and Tahoma Bautrupp will be in charge with the feasibility study, the technical project and the general estimate of the construction works.
The value of the investments will be around 6 and 9 million Euros, according to real estate specialists consulted by Profit.ro.
The total area of the building, including two underground level, cafeteria for 200 persons and parking with 400 places and with carwash, will be of 15,000 sq. m. the area of the land is 10,219 sq. m.
The building design should be completed in approx three months since the winning of bid and the execution works should be completed in maximum 18 months. (source: profit.ro)
