In October, the developer will start the construction works at Building C, the third building in the Oregon Park complex. Building C will have a leasable net area of 25,000 m2 spread over 6 floors and will have two levels of underground car park.
Building C will be built in mirror to building B and will end the development process of Oregon Park, which will occupy a net area of 70,000 m2. The excavation process is over and the tender for contracting suppliers will soon be over, completion of Building C being scheduled for the end of 2018.
Building C will host Oregon Park 's second Stradale restaurant. There are currently negotians for renting to a fitness club 1,500 m2 on the ground floor of the future building. The developer also has discussions with several other local companies to rent the majority of the remaining space.
The 4-hectare plot on which Oregon Park is built was purchased from Nusco in 2014. The works for the first phase of the project were carried out by Strabag and consisted of the construction of 45,000 m2 of office space in two buildings. Building A, occupying an area of 20,000 square meters, was leased entirely by the American company Oracle, and Building B is now almost fully rented, with only 6,000 m2 available. Deloitte Technology, a division of Deloitte dedicated to information technology services, continued to expand and currently occupy 5,500 m2 of office space, and another 3,600 m2 were recently leased to two international technology companies whose names will be announced soon. The other tenants of Building B include important names such as Medicover, Kambi, Europa FM, Markant and Euler Hermes. If the ongoing negotiations are successful, it is likely that the entire B building will be rented until the end of the current year.
