Bog’Art, the construction company controlled by the businessman Raul Doicescu started the demolition of the former Pipera warehouses of Farmexim group in order to make place for a new office project of Globalworth fund, while the Octagon, controlled by two Greek businessmen, started the works for the second building of Hermes Business Campus project situated across the street.

These are the “freshest” office projects started in the northern part of Bucharest, where in latest years the new business district of the city emerged, as the developers have taken advantages of the large available plots, counting also on the employees’ access through the metro line crossing the city from north to south.
