The office project was developed after a total investment of about 37 million Euros, in partnership with the architect Dorin Stefan.

The tenants of the new office project include General Electric (GE), Fitbit and Philip Morris.

Aviatorilor 8 includes the recently restored Oromolu Villa, an avant-garde office building and a market open to the general public on a total rentable area of over 7,700 sqm.

The ground floor of the building is dedicated to services, with cafes and restaurants, included Osteria Gioia and Japanos restaurants, French Revolution, Doncafe and Manufaktura cafes. The Ava Smile Clinique dental clinic will also be hosted on the ground floor.

The tenants of the Aviatorilor 8 project have already begun to occupy their spaces in the office building, and in the autumn of this year all the spaces will be functional.
