Liviu Tudor, the Romanian entrepreneur controlling the business parks West Gate (Militari) and Novo Park (Pipera) through the company Genesis Development, says that he will expand the two projects with a new office building each, as the occupancy rate of the offices nears 100 pct in both projects.
„Those figures, almost 98-99 pct, make us already start working at a new building project in both parks. The works could start as soon as we sign the pre-rental “, said Liviu Tudor durinbg ZF Construction & Infrastructure Summit ’15.
