City Rose Park, located on Exhibition Boulevard, with easy access to business and leisure facilities in the area of Herastrau Park and the two main office hubs – Piata Victoriei and Piat Presei Libere, will have 50,000 sq m upon completion .

The development of the project will cost about 100 million euros and the construction of the first two buildings of the project is scheduled to begin this year.

The two buildings have a total of 35,500 sqm (18,300 sqm and 17,200 sqm) and they will need an investment of almost 70 millions euro.

The office project is being developed on a 15,000-square-meter plot of land, part of the Grivita platform, bought from City Gate's development partner, Blue Capital for about 10 million euros. (source: businesscover.ro)
