According to estimations, the project will be completed in the first quarter of 2019. Groupe Renault will have a surface of 47,000 sqm and will be leased for a period of at least 11 years.

The new center of Groupe Renault will be in the western part of Bucharest and is the second rental project closed between Globalworth and Groupe Renault Romania, following the acquisition of the main distribution facility of Dacia, next to Mioveni factory. (source: business-review.eu)
