The tower developed by the investment fund Globalworth Real Estate will have three levels of underground parking which structure is currently mostly done, so the workers of the construction company Bog’Art will soon start to erect the 23 floors above the land, which will raise the building to a height of nearly 130 m.

Currently, the tallest building in Bucharest is the office tower Sky Tower, with 137 m, situated in the close vicinity, the two projects being separated only by Promenada mall.
