CA Immo owns the lot situated at the crossroad of Splaiul Independenţei and Şoseaua Orhideelor, near Basarab Passage, where two tower of 20 floors each were initially planned.
The project has been adjusted so the towers will have eleven and twelve floors and a rentable area of 37,000 sq. m compared to 50,000 sq. m in the initial plans.

We have the shareholders support and negotiations with tenants which can influence the beginning of the project.
