The company Vlad Exim, controlled by Micşunescu family, is close to complete the development of a building which will include offices, retail and services areas in the area Piaţa Sudului in bucharest, in the proximity of Sun Plaza mall.
The value of the investment in the building with 5,000 sq. m exceeds EUR 3 million, considering that the company already owned the plot in southern Bucharest, where a supermarket and a pharmacy were previously located, according to the information provided by Vlad Micşunescu, in charge with the real estate projects of the company Vlad Exim, which has as main range of activity the distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The new building, where first tenants will move in the beginning of August, will include a MaxBet unit, a medical centre Hiperdia, a dentist and an dental radiology centre, an events room, while the offices will have as tenants the company Blue Point,a local call-center services provider and a Romanian company in the field of air conditioning equipments.
