With an office building ready to be completed next month and another one in construction, the developer AFI Europe starts the construction of two new buildings, part of the project.

AFI announced in mid-March to start the construction works for AFI Park 4 and 5. These buildings will have a total rentable area of 30,000 sq. m.

Apart the mall built and opened in 2009, the project also includes five office buildings with a total area of 60,000 sq. m. The first building, AFI Park 1, with a rentable area of 12,250 sq. m was completed in 2012 and is 100% let. The office spaces in the second building, to be completed next month, were fully let to Electronic Arts, the developer of FIFA game.
