The total property investment volume in Romania increased to approximately EUR 1 billion in 2014, marking the highest annual level since 2008, according to pundits. Office has been by far the best performing real estate sector but there is good news coming from retail, logistics and industrial and residential as well.

Lear Corporation rented 12,000 sq. m production and office spaces in Iasi

American producer Lear Corporation, one of the main worldwide suppliers of chairs and electric distribution system for automotive industry, rented a production facility and offices on 12,000 sq. m within Solo Industrial Park in Letcani near Iasi, announced CBRE, the transaction broker.
