Luatel Call center relocate its headquarters in Cubic Center, Pipera

The outsourcing company Luatel (with activities on the markets in Brazil, Germany and Romania) is renting 860 sq. m in Cubic Center from Pipera, a building included in Liberty Management’s portfolio, with the support of Crosspoint Real Estate.

RIB headquarters to relocate in Pipera

Romanian International Bank (RIB), bank purchased in December last year by the Polish financial group Getin Holding, rented 3,500 sq. m in Hermes Business Campus for the future bank headquarters, according to the real estate consultant Colliers International, the broker of the transaction.

Colliers expects almost EUR 2 million from offices

Colliers International, one of the largest real estate agencies on the local market, with a turnover of EUR 3.5 million in 2013 according to data on Ministry of Finance website, targets by the end of this year to double its consultants and brokers team in the office department and to triple its revenues from this sector, according to Georgiana Andrei, who was recently appointed as office & retail agency director, basically number two in the firm.

London Remains World’s Most Expensive Office Market

London’s West End remained the world’s highest-priced office market, but Asia continued to dominate the world’s most expensive office locations, accounting for three of the top five markets, according to CBRE Global Research and Consulting’s semi-annual Global Prime Office Occupancy Costs survey.

New offices for 20,000 employees in construction in Bucharest

The courier company Cargus, with business of EUR 26 million last year, has rented offices and warehouses on 5,000 sq. m from the logistics and transportation company Triton International Cargo, according to the real estate consultant DTZ Echinox, which represented the landlord in the transaction.
