Red Bull Romania sets up its office in Unirii View, in downtown Bucharest

Red Bull Romania has rented 600 square meters of office space in Unirii View and will thus establish its local office in the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest.

UPC rents 6,000 sqm within The Bridge office project in Bucharest’s Orhideea area

AFI Europe Romania announces two new lease agreements for AFI Tech Park, the new business park the company is currently developing in Bucharest. RTC Proffice Experience, market leader in office stationery, leased approximately 650 sqm GLA in AFI Tech Park 1, and Ecovis Romania, a specialized international financial services company (with approx. 350 sqm), becoming the fourth and fifth tenants of the business campus, after World Class gym (1,500 sqm), Quick Service Restaurant “1 Minute” (110 sqm) and gaming company Game World (2,000 sqm).

Companies signing most of the pre-rental contracts for office space in Bucharest

The first place in the top of the companies that rented new office space is the IT & C field, with companies with this profile signing 51% of the total area included in all rental and pre-lease agreements in 2017.

Office take-up in Bucharest increased by 10% in 2017

Net take-up for new office space in Bucharest, including expansions and new contracts, amounted to 171,000 square meters last year, up 10% from 2016, with average rental area of about 1,300 square meters, according to the latest market report real estate consultancy JLL.
