In addition, 88% of investment transactions in the office segment in Romania involve buildings with green certifications, according to CBRE Romania. This makes the office sector the most representative when it comes to buildings with sustainability standards, followed by logistics and retail.

Recycling group Green Group to move its office in Bucharest to the sustainable One Tower building in Floreasca

One United Properties (BVB: ONE), the leading green developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania, announces that Green Group recycling group, which includes eight companies operating in the recycling and waste management market in Romania and Eastern Europe, will relocate its office in Bucharest to the class A One Tower building, part of One Floreasca City multifunctional development, starting with July this year.
