Hello, We would like to ask you to send us your offer regarding the rental of office spaces intended for the company's activity, for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension, according to the technical specifications below: Space of approximately 50 sq m, covering the following functional and technical requirements for: 1. two separate office spaces, benefiting from distinct physical security, with an approximate area of 10-12 sq m each. Each space must accommodate 2 workstations, preferably with a common access anteroom; 2. allow quick access to the Bank's staff (maximum 2 hours from the main office-near the metro). In addition to the above requirements, the above spaces must meet the following criteria: • be functional - furnished and furnished, with access to utilities and air conditioning; • have BREEAM Very Good or LEED Gold or DGNB Gold (or higher) certifications; • allow the installation and operation of two computers each; • allow the installation in the technical space of the building of two distinct Bank connections and a 6U-10U telecommunications rack (technical details below), to which only its own personnel will have access. If the technical space does not allow the installation of the connections, the Bank accepts their installation in the space to be rented; • benefit from secure/controlled access to the rooms, allowed exclusively to authorized personnel, with video surveillance on the access routes or with the possibility of subsequent installation by the Bank;
• have an alternative energy source (generator), capable of ensuring operation for at least 8 hours in the event of a main power outage; • be included in a cleaning contract; • be available at the time of signing or within a short period of maximum 2-3 weeks; • the owner of the space must allow the establishment of a secondary headquarters/workpoint for these spaces. At the same time, the building in which the spaces are located must allow the following: • The possibility of bringing two dedicated bank connections from two connectivity service providers to the technical room on the floor (evidence regarding the technical room - air conditioning, humidity control and flood risk protection, fire extinguishing will be required); • Accommodation of a 6U-10U rack with protected power supply (UPS) and key security, accessible only by bank staff (more specifically, the possibility of limiting authorized personnel for access to this equipment); • Possibility of cabling the rooms in the Bank's rack, with a number of sockets equal to the number of seats (LAN) and a ceiling connection for an AP (WIFI) in one of the rooms; • Possibility of installing an additional access system in one of the rooms (key or equivalent, alternative pinpad additional to the access badge). The financial offer will be accompanied by technical documentation, which will show the fulfillment of the requirements requested in this request for quotation.
