CBRE was appointed to provide property management services for the Ethos House office building, located in Floreasca, in the north of the capital city.
A group of companies owned by real estate developers and investors joins the tenants of the new office building Ethos House by renting nearly 1,000 sq. m representing the entire 6th floor of the building, a transaction brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate.
Ethos House, the office project developed by Gktosis Anstasios in Bucharest, will be completed on October 1st, the developer has announced.
