Over the last decade, Izmir Turizm has focused on creating commercial and office spaces, as well as exclusive, originally designed villas for clients who appreciate uniqueness and sophistication.

Presence in Romania and Continuous Development

Since 2000, Yapan Developments has expanded its activities in Romania, investing in the real estate sector and inaugurating Tempo Hotel, a three-star boutique hotel in Bucharest. Since then, the company has continued to strategically invest in properties, particularly land in key areas of the capital and its surroundings.

In addition to real estate acquisitions, Yapan Developments has a specialized design and urban planning team that develops Zonal Urban Plans (PUZ), essential for land development.
