Swiss investor develops residential project in downtown Bucharest

A Swiss investor is currently developing a 13-apartment residential building on Batistei street in downtown Bucharest. Apartment prices reach EUR 540,000, while a parking space will be sold for EUR 25,000, the average value of a studio-apartment in a semi-central area in the Capital.
