IMMOFINANZ Group sells Silesia City Center

IMMOFINANZ Group has announced the sale of Silesia City Center in Katowice, Poland. An investment consortium led by Allianz will purchase the retail asset for €412 million. The transaction is subject to suspensive conditions, e.g. approval by the Polish competition authorities, and the closing is expected to take place in September 2013.
