Victoria Center is the most attractive office building in Bucharest with a leasable area less than 10,000 sq. m, Sky Tower is the brokers’ favourite in the category of the buildings larger than 10,000 sq. m, while AFI Park is the most appreciated business park, according to the study which took into consideration ten different criteria.

Ziarul Financiar has sent to the most active real estate consultancy companies in the office sector a survey in order to establish the most attractive office projects in Bucharest.

The projects divided in three categories – under 10,000 sq. m, over 10,000 sq. m and business parks – received scored from 5 to 1 considering ten criteria: technical specifications, accessibility, spaces efficiency, operating efficiency, visibility and design, administration services quality, building facilities and surroundings, quality/price ratio, good parking rate and good reputation of the existing clients.
