The study’s results show both the total media coverage for the industry and the most performing office projects considering their coverage in the online media.

The agency has monitored the real estate press in Romania, as well the general press, for a period of twelve months. The media coverage of the office buildings has registered in this period a number of 2,300 articles. The study took in consideration office building projects completed or in development and promoted on the market. The total area of the projects included in the study is more than 700,000 square metres and the total value of the investments exceeds one billion Euros.

Although the media coverage of the office developments has increased a constant growth compared to previous years, it was registered a weaker quantitative presence compared to other industries, despite the investments value and the economic and social impact these projects have.
Therefore, considering the projects featured in the online press, exceeding 20,000 square metres rentable area, it was noticed that six of fifteen projects total 66 pct. of the correspondent articles published.

For this study, United took into consideration several indicators, including parameters used by all communication specialists, such as media coverage, market share, Share of Voice, as well as its own measurement tools, developed by the agency in time, such as CoPT - Coverage Per Thousand square metre.
