The survey shows that out of all the projects completed in Warsaw since the beginning of the year, only two went up in the city center, at Plac Bankowy and Chmielna streets, while 45 percent of space delivered in the period was located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The survey points out that the growing market supply has pull the vacancy rate up to 10.9 percent in the third quarter of the year, from 8.8 percent at the end of 2012. At the same time, take up for Warsaw’s office market rose by 14 percent year-on-year since the beginning of 2013, exceeding 518,000 sqm of space in August.

 

 The biggest lease agreements were signed by Polkomtel, Getin group and BZW WBK. The biggest projects completed in Warsaw since the beginning of the year include Konstruktorska Business Center (48,300 sqm), Miasteczko Orange (43,700 sqm) and Marynarska 12 (40,000 sqm). (source: cijjournal.com)
