The most important lease is signed with the company KRUK Romania, a company specialized in debt management. The company will relocate its headquarters in Bucharest to the new rented office space, with an area of 4,000 square metres.
“We are glad to receive the KRUK team in our office complex. The facilities nearby and shorter time spent on the way to work are very important for all of us. Timpuri Noi Square is served by all means of public transport. The metro lines M1 and M3 are only few steps distance from the office buildings and they reach most of the large residential neighbourhoods. A happy employee is more productive”, has declared Antoniu Panait, General Director Vastint Romania.
Prior to this signing, Vastint has announced the first leases within the office project in Timpuri Noi, signed on a total area of 3,350 square metres.
The first contract was signed with dcs plus, one of the global leaders specialized in IT solutions supply for tourism industry. The company rented a space of 1,675 square metres.
The same area, 1,675 square metres, was also rented by Impact Hub Bucharest. The company offers services of renting co-working space and event space, business development, acceleration programs, crowd-funding, innovative conference formats etc.
“The two tenants were attracted mainly by the fact that those office buildings are offering a high quality working environment and are combined with commercial and public services spaces, all integrated in a dynamic plaza, welcoming for recreation and distraction”, hasdeclared Antoniu Panait, Director General Vastint Romania.
The project, built on the plot of 54,000 square metres of the former platform of Timpuri Noi factory in Bucharest, will include 100,000 square metres leasable area for office and commercial spaces and 50,000 square metres of residential spaces. (source: profit.ro)
