The headquarters of Unilever is situated since 2008 in the office complex in Băneasa, northern Bucharest, where it occupies aprox. 2,500 sqm. For an average rent of EUR 18/sqm/month, the company will pay rent of nearly EUR 3.7 million for the seven years period, according to Capital magazine calculations.

The office market in Bucharest has registered a record activity in 2016 with a renting volume 56 pct. bigger than the precedent year.
