The building has 11 floors and 107 apartments. The developer will also develop on the plot a park of 5,000 sq. m.

The ground floor of the first building will include approx. 1,300 sq. m of commercial spaces. The entire Adora Park projects will include over 4,000 sq. m of commercial spaces in 12 buildings.

Tagor is the developer of several residential projects in Bucharest, Pipera, Timişoara, Oradea and Arad.

The company is owned and managed by Ofer Lieberson, who started his activity in Romania in 2004.
