One of the most important projects of the company is the residential Belvedere Baneasa, for which the developer has received a loan of EUR 35 million from BCR in 2008. The level of investments in this project totals up to EUR 90 million.

Another real estate project where Rotary Constructii worked with the biggest bank in Romania is the residential complex in Antiaeriana area, realized in public-private partnership for the employees of the Ministry of Defence, with a total value of EUR 210 million.

The company also announced in 2008 investments of approx. EUR 100 million for the development of the project Colosseum Tower, an office building on 32 floors and 125 height, located in Pipera area.

As a constructor, one of the most important projects of the company is the rehabilitation of the National Library, a work of EUR 64 million.

Founded in 1990, Rotary Constructii is specialized in constructions for villas, residential buildings, office buildings, administrative buildings, schools, sports halls and in rehabilitations.

The company ended 2011 with a profit of approx. 5 million lei for 150 million lei turnover, according to the most recent data available at the Ministry of Finance.
