The transaction of the fund follows, after more than a year and a half, the acquisition with EUR 50 million of Metropolis offices, project located near Victoriei Square, on Iancu de Hunedoara Boulevard.

America House is currently owned by the French investment fund AEW Europe, one of Europe's largest money managers, who bought the project in 2007 during the boom of the local real estate market with 120 million euros, being in the present the biggest office transaction registered in Bucharest.

Until now, the GTC investment fund was the most active buyer in Victoriei Square, after buying Premium Point and Premium Plaza for 30-40 million euros in April last year, and Cascade Office in July this year with 9 million euros.
