The total cost with the labor force represents the total direct and indirect expenses that must be paid by the employer for the employees. This does not include the expenses with training the employees, staff recruitment and protection equipment.

 

The cost of the working hour has increased the most in the mining industry, by 15.77 percent, followed by the production industry and supply of electricity and heating, gas, warm water and air conditioning, by 13.42 percent. Financial intermediation services and insurances have seen the cost per working hour surge by 10.36 percent.
