In the end of last year, company’s unpaid taxes exceeded 3 million lei.
The main shareholders of the copany are Data Consult SRL Galati, a company owned by the former MP Marius-Gerard Necula, SIF Moldova and AAAS Bucuresti (former AVAS).
It is not for the first time the group of company Atlas SA faces insolvency. The second company of the group, Trucks Sales Service SRL, regional dealer Scania, one of the world’s largest truck manufacturers, entered insolvency since 2010.
According to data published by the Ministry of Finance, the company Atlas SA Galati reported in the fiscal year 2012 EUR 6.6 million turnover and approx. EUR 750,000 profit. (source: wall-street.ro)
