In the end of 2009, Peli quitted the real estate market in order to start a business in the cinema industry, declaring at that time that “there is not much to do in real estate currently”. He was involved in the sale of former industrial platforms such as Muntenia, Electrotehnica and Griviţa in Bucharest or IUS in Braşov, businesses of tens of millions Euros each.

„After having built my own business and insured its long term functioning, I believe it is the best moment to get involved again in the real estate market challenge, currently in a obvious recovery process”,  Peli said, the brother of the lawyer Francisc Peli, founding partner of the law company Peli Filip.

Recently, Jones Lang LaSalle also recruited Maria Florea, former head of office department within Colliers, after in the period 2012 - 2013 a series of senior consultants, including Troy Javaher, Radu Boitan, Lori Collin and Roxana Stănciulescu have left the company. (ssource: zf.ro)
