The receivables of those investors have increased last year with 12%, mostly as they have completed new projects, which pushed up the value of their portfolios to nearly EUR 4 billion, according to Zf estimations.
The biggest revenues, of EUR 64.5 million were registered by the group controlled by the businessman Iulian Dascălu, the owner of Iulius Mall commercial centres and of the Palas Iaşi project, while NEPI had the biggest revenue growth, of 37.6%, reaching EUR 55 million, also considering the fund headed by Martin Slabbert made acquisitions of approx.
